Joel Joseph became Afewee’s first National Champion on Sunday 16th April, winning the Cadet 75 – 80 kg category at the tournament held in Liverpool. FREE Summer Fitness Sessions!

Afewee Training Centre will be offering free fitness sessions for young people over the summer! Overview These sessions are targeted for all 12-16 year olds and will be free of charge. They will take place at Brixton Recreation Centre on the 3G pitch every Monday and Wednesday starting on Monday 1st August from 11am-12pm for 4 weeks. Friday 27th May 2016 Afewee boxers were invited to display their skills at a World Series of Boxing (WSB) event at York Hall, Bethnal Green. Afewee boxers at all levels have been successful in achieving their ‘Afewee Boxing Development’  skills awards. The 3-stage awards programme, tailored for under 11s and Juniors, is designed to provide structure, incentive and progression for all young people who regularly attend the club.
