Expect to sweat and expect to burn off a lot of calories!
Intensive, coach-lead exercises, incorporating aspects of boxing, such as punchbags, pad work, pair work, as well as sprints, agility, circuits and core strengthening.
Tuesdays 7 pm – 8:30 pm
Saturdays 11 am – 12.30 pm
