BOXFIT

An hour of intensive, coach-lead exercise, incorporating aspects of boxing, such as bag work, pad work, pair work, as well as sprints, agility and core strengthening.

Expect to sweat and expect to burn off a lot of calories!

Tuesday 7 pm – 8 – pm

Led by Coach Jay Jay

£5 per session

 

BOXERCISE

For those of you who want a mix of boxing basics with hard-core, boot-camp style circuit training. In addition to shadow boxing, pair work, pad and bag work, you will rotate through a series of exercise stations often employed by boxers, designed to improve your cardio-vascular capacity, strength, agility and flexibility.

If you enjoy pain, this is for you!

Saturday 10.30 am – 12 midday
